FUSIL ® SDB418Fusil® SDB418 is hydrophobic precipitated silica. It is the silicon dioxide after special surface treatment.
Hydrophobic silicon dioxide is the silicon dioxide after special surface treatment. According to different characteristics of various industries, general hydrophilic silica is mixed with
dimethyldichlorosilane for reaction under appropriate condition, and then solid powdery silicon dioxide with polysiloxane surface is made. Its hydrophobic contact angle can reach 70 to 150. It has not only excellent hydrophobicity but also functions of defoaming, thickening, excellent leveling property and anti-settling. It is suitable for textile dyeing and finishing, defoamer, lubricating oil, unsaturated polyester resin, powder extinguisher；silicone rubber and other products.
