China develops silane hydrophobically modified CNF/MXene aerogel
Recently, my country has studied a new type of silane hydrophobically modified nanocellulose fiber/Ti3C2Tx aerogel (CNF/MXene aerogel) with Joule heating, photothermal and electromagnetic shielding properties.
The functional aerogel with large specific surface area and light weight has potential application prospects in water treatment, environment, biomedicine and other fields. Through freeze-drying and post-coating processes, a silane hydrophobically modified (CNF)/MXene multifunctional composite aerogel was prepared. The prepared multifunctional composite aerogel has an electromagnetic shielding efficiency of 39.5dB. MXene/CNFs aerogel membranes are hydrophobic, which is of great significance for the application of aerogels in humid environments.
CNF/MXene aerogel film also has excellent Joule heating and photothermal performance, fast thermal response and higher temperature range (Joule heating is 30.2~141.4°C, photothermal performance is 30~91°C). MXene/CNFs multifunctional composite aerogel, which integrates hydrophobicity, high electromagnetic shielding efficiency, excellent Joule heating and photothermal performance, has broad application prospects in the field of smart clothing and electromagnetic shielding.
In recent years, my country has done systematic and in-depth research on the strong combination of one-dimensional nanocellulose and two-dimensional Ti3C2Tx MXene to prepare multifunctional and high-performance composite materials. The combination of CNF and MXene greatly improves the mechanical properties of the material, and prepares a super-hydrophobic surface MXene with self-cleaning and light-driving properties; using MXene/CNF as ink, combined with 3D printing technology, the Sensitive performance of smart fiber fabrics, etc.
