FUSILE® SDL601Fusil® SDL601 anti-caking agent is a synthetic amorphous silica, white free-flowing powder.The plastic grade SDL series is manufactured using a special process. After treatment, the surface has good compatibility with plastics. It is a porous particle with voids and a large specific surface area. The addition amount is small, the dispersion is strong, and the transparency and strength of the plastic film are not affected. Non-toxic and non-polluting, does not contain any volatile substances and sediments, to ensure the quality of packaging; improve the transparency of plastic film, surface smoothness, and anti-blocking performance on high-speed packaging lines, while improving the creep resistance of plastic film and strengthening effect; reduce the molecular chain exposed to the polymer during processing, so that there is no winding of polymer chains when the two films are in contact. Therefore, the opening problem is solved, and at the same time, since the molecular chain is not exposed, the adsorption ability when the film passes through the object is reduced, thereby improving the smoothness of the film.
