Precipitated Silica Fusil® SDL601
Fusil® SDL601 anti-blocking agent is a synthetic amorphous silica appearing as white free flowing powder.
Plastic grade SDL series is manufactured with special process. After treatment, the surface has good compatibility with plastic. It is of porous particles with voids and large specific surface area. With less addition and strong dispersibility, it will not affect the transparency and strength of plastic film. It is without toxic or pollution, any volatile matter and precipitates are excluded so that quality of the packaged is ensured; it can also improve transparency of the film, smoothness of surface, anti-adhesion property of film in the high speed packaging line, with creep resistance and reinforcing effect on the film; it makes exposed molecular chain of polymer decrease in the processing so that there is no macromolecular chain winding when two films contact. Therefore, the problem of opening is solved; in the meantime, as the molecular chain is not exposed, adsorption capacity is reduced when the film passes an object so that the smoothness property improves. Furthermore, our company may produce silicon dioxide with large pore volume (0.25 g/cm3) on the basis of customers, requirements.
